Ugo Mozie is a fashion activist, celebrity stylist and creative entrepreneur. At 31 years old, Ugo is the embodiment of a young creative that is taking over the fashion and entertainment world. Ugo is known for his cultural and classic style as he is constantly pushing past conventional boundaries to redefine the industry. Ugo has held lectures and talks on Cultural Diversity, African history, and the business of fashion at Oxford University, Harvard University, Colombia University, UCLA, USC, and More.
From the runway and red carpet to television and print, Ugo's clientele has includes international superstars, MALUMA, STEVIE WONDER, JUSTIN BIEBER, TRAVIS SCOTT, BEYONCE, CELINE DION, MARLON WAYANS, EARTH WIND AND FIRE and those alike.
He is currently living in Los Angeles with a focus on storytelling and creating sustainable living and solutions to developing countries with his charity WANA (We Are New Africa). Ugo also created a sustainable jacket in Africa where he collaborated with the Nakivale refugee camp in Uganda to turn recycled rice bags into jackets that people wore at Burning Man, it was also displayed at the UN for sustainability week!
Ugo debuted his fashion line in 2009 and his first luxury hat line in 2015. After this he moved to Los Angeles where he diversified into PR, Marketing and Creative Management. In January 2014, was appointed to US PR Director of the Iconic Fashion House Vivienne Westwood. He uses this foundation to keep telling positive African stories and pushing the diversity message forward. Ugo plans to use filmmaking as his next form of expression as he’s currently in production for his debut film.
