Sonya Hoo is a Managing Director and Partner in BCG’s Washington, DC office. She works with companies, foundations and non-profits, and governments on climate and sustainability, international development, and supply chain topics. Specifically, she focuses in the following areas: agricultural development and digital agriculture; sustainable agriculture & sustainable food systems; and Total Societal Impact (TSI) for Consumer, Consumer Goods, Food & Beverage companies. Prior to joining BCG, Sonya was at The Lucas Group, at a boutique consulting firm focusing on private equity engagements, and at the Urban-Brookings Tax Policy Center where she conducted economic research and analysis.
Sonya has an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA in Economics from Swarthmore College.
